These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of all services provided by Sports Connect ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 β Scope
These Terms apply to all users ("Users") of the Service, including the websites sports-connect.link and tt.sports-connect.link and all related pages and features.
Article 2 β Description of Service
The Service provides the following features:
- Posting and searching for practice partners (primarily for table tennis)
- Recruiting tournament substitutes (doubles, team events, etc.)
- Posting and searching for individual coaching or group lessons
- Organizing and recruiting participants for practice sessions and events
- Messaging and contact functionality between users
The Service provides a platform for information sharing and communication. We do not directly participate in or mediate agreements or activities between users.
Article 3 β Registration
Some features require user account registration. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. False registration or impersonation of others is prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke registration in the following cases:
- Prior suspension for Terms violations
- Association with anti-social organizations
- Any other circumstances we deem inappropriate
Article 4 β Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited while using the Service:
- Any activity that violates laws or public order and morals
- Infringing the rights, reputation, or privacy of other users or third parties
- Posting or transmitting false or misleading information
- Sending spam or unsolicited messages
- Unauthorized access, server overloading, or security violations
- Using the Service for non-sports purposes (e.g., dating, commercial solicitation, multilevel marketing)
- Harassing or intimidating other users
- Reproducing or commercially exploiting Service content without permission
- Posting content harmful to minors
- Any other activities we deem inappropriate
Article 5 β User Content
Intellectual property rights for content you post (text, images, etc.) remain with you. However, by posting, you grant us a license to use such content as necessary for operating and improving the Service.
We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.
Article 6 β Disclaimer
We are not responsible for any interactions or activities between users (practice, tournament participation, etc.). Users are solely responsible for resolving any disputes arising between them.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information posted on the Service, and we are not liable for any damages resulting from such information.
Article 7 β Modification, Suspension, or Termination
We may modify the content of the Service, or temporarily suspend or terminate it, without prior notice to users. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such modifications.
Article 8 β Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms take effect as of the date they are posted on this page. We will announce significant changes on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Article 9 β Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in the location of our operating base.
